Pre-orders
Why don't you offer pre-orders?
We've deliberately decided not to accept pre-orders because we don't want to disappoint you if there are any cuts. We only list the items in the shop after we receive them, so you can always be 100% sure you'll receive your order. :) All products you can find in the shop are always guaranteed to be in stock in selectable quantities.
Opening in the Twitch livestream
What is the opening delivery option in the Twitch live stream?
We regularly stream live on Twitch and offer you the opportunity to have your order opened live on camera – only if you want to, of course.
This way, you can experience the special moment of opening together with our community and enjoy the excitement in real time.
Simply select the “Open in Twitch Livestream” option during checkout – we’ll take care of the rest!
When will my order be opened?
If you place an order with the "Open on Twitch Livestream" option, your product will be opened live on the date specified above .
The order of openings depends on the order numbers – the earlier you order, the sooner they will be opened.
Will my name appear in the stream?
We always pay attention to the protection of your data – so you don’t have to worry:
By default, we only mention the order number in the stream.
If you would like us to address you by your name or nickname , you can simply specify this in the shopping cart under “Order note” .
Then we would be happy to welcome you personally before we unpack your order live.
How do I get my tickets?
If you choose the shipping option “Opening in Twitch
Livestream” , the shipping costs are already included in the price of this
Option included – so you don’t have to pay anything extra.
After the live opening, we will pack your cards with the greatest
Care:
Valuable cards (depending on their rarity) come in sleeves, toploaders or magnetic holders .
All cards are additionally secured in foil .
We will then send your cards in a sturdy box so that they
arrive safely and securely to you.
This is how we ensure that your treasures arrive safely!
I missed the stream, can I watch a replay?
Too bad you couldn't be there live!
No problem – we save our streams on Twitch so you can watch the replay anytime.
Just head over to our Twitch channel and watch the stream under “Videos” whenever it suits you!
Why is there no right of withdrawal for this shipping option?
If you select the "Opening on Twitch Livestream" shipping option, you will purchase a service in addition to shipping. This includes opening the boxes live on camera, which renders the cards unusable for resale or exchange.
Since the boxes are no longer in their original condition after being opened during the livestream and are therefore no longer tradable, there is no right of withdrawal. The service is carried out immediately after the order and the livestream experience, so withdrawal is no longer possible after opening.
We ask for your understanding – if you have any questions, we are of course at your disposal!

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal , credit cards , Klarna and other common payment methods.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed encrypted via secure payment service providers. Your data is optimally protected with us.
Can I change my order after payment?
Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to make changes once payment has been completed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

We strive to respond within 24 hours , but we usually respond sooner.
Can I cancel my order if it has already been shipped?
- Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after shipping. However, you can request a return once the order has arrived.
