Not satisfied with your order? No problem – at habibicards, a fair solution is a given.

🕐 Return period

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods:

• unopened,

• in original packaging and

• is undamaged.

🔁 Return process

1. Send us an email to habibicards.deutschland@gmail.com with your order number.

2. You will receive return instructions from us.

3. After inspecting the goods, we will refund you the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

💸 Refund

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

• The refund may take up to 5 business days after receipt of the goods.

🚫 Exceptions to the right of return

The following items are excluded from exchange:

• Opened or damaged products

• Individual cards selected according to customer requirements

• Special offers or discounted items

• Products ordered with the “Open in livestream” shipping option.
  These items were opened live especially for you and are therefore no longer in their original packaging – returns are therefore not possible.

📦 Return costs

The buyer shall bear the cost of return unless the fault can be proven to be ours.
